1. Who is responsible for this website?

Eviri Systems is a trading name of Shymow. The controller responsible for personal data processed through this website is Jennifer Ortiz Navarro, trading as Shymow, C/ Mossén Quintí Mallofrè, 34, Barcelona, Spain.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, use our contact form and include “Privacy” in your message.

2. Personal data we collect

When you contact us, we process the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company or website where supplied, and message. We also process limited technical data needed to operate and protect the website, such as a short-lived IP-derived security identifier used to prevent repeated form submissions.

We do not ask you to send sensitive personal data through the contact form. Please do not include it unless it is genuinely necessary and we have agreed a suitable way to receive it.

3. Why we use your data

  • To review and respond to a genuine project enquiry, including taking steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
  • To verify a form submission and protect the site, inboxes and visitors from spam or abuse.
  • To meet legal, accounting or record-keeping duties that apply to an agreed engagement.
  • To produce privacy-reduced aggregate measurement through our first-party analytics service. The current configuration records page views only, with no visitor, session or cross-site identifier, no fingerprinting or browser storage, and no query strings.
  • To understand aggregate site use through Google Analytics, but only if you choose to accept analytics cookies.

We do not use contact-form submissions for marketing, mailing lists or unrelated promotional messages.

4. Lawful basis

We process enquiry data because you ask us to respond or take pre-contractual steps, and because we have a legitimate interest in operating a secure contact channel. Where the privacy-reduced first-party aggregate measurement described above involves personal data, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding basic site operation while minimising the data used. We process Google Analytics data only with your consent. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through the Analytics settings control in the footer.

5. Who receives your data?

We use service providers only where needed to run the website and respond to enquiries. Depending on the service, this can include hosting, email delivery, form verification and security providers, our privacy-reduced first-party aggregate analytics service, and Google Analytics when you have opted in. Providers process data only as needed to provide their service or under their own published terms where they act independently.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose data where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then only as long as necessary for legitimate administrative, legal or accounting purposes. The IP-derived rate-limit identifier used by the contact form is retained for approximately 90 seconds. Analytics-cookie retention is described in the Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, or portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the method above.

You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent data-protection authority.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the date above.
