Essentials gives one eligible WordPress website a planned care route for €588 + VAT, paid upfront for 12 months. The annual allowance is up to four hours in total, covering routine maintenance and small agreed assistance.

The annual plan covers its stated scope. Hosting, renewals and additional work remain visible.
Hosting and renewals
Managed hosting is separate, available from €15 to €29 per month + VAT, depending on the real site. No public disk-storage allowance is published.
Domains and paid licences remain separate with visible renewal ownership.
Additional work
Extra work uses a service-hour pack or a fixed, written project proposal.
Urgent or critical work is assessed separately, subject to available capacity.

What does Essentials cost and how is it paid?
Essentials costs €588 + VAT, paid upfront for 12 months. €49/month is only the annual equivalent, not a monthly payment option.
What is included with Essentials?
Essentials covers one eligible simple WordPress website, with up to four hours in total per membership year for routine maintenance and small agreed assistance combined. Tasks use a minimum 30-minute block and enter the standard business-hours queue, with one active request at a time. Unused annual time does not roll over.
Can I buy extra service hours?
Yes. A 1-hour pack costs €75 + VAT, or €67.50 + VAT for active Essentials members (10% off). A 3-hour pack costs €210 + VAT, or €178.50 + VAT (15% off). A 6-hour pack costs €390 + VAT, or €312 + VAT (20% off). Member discounts require an active annual membership and cannot be combined with another offer.
Can I buy a service-hour pack without Essentials, and what terms apply?
Yes, including as a one-time client. Packs are prepaid and used in 30-minute increments for scheduled, non-urgent work through the standard queue. The 1-hour and 3-hour packs are valid for six months; the 6-hour pack is valid for 12 months. Unused time does not roll over. Packs do not include emergency response, large builds, complex recovery or critical incidents.
Does Essentials include urgent support or hosting?
No. Essentials covers planned, non-urgent work through the standard business-hours queue. Managed hosting, domains and paid licences are separate. Urgent or critical work is assessed separately and depends on available capacity.
