More ways a connection can help

Illustrative workflow / Integration

Give every enquiry a next step

The situation: Someone copies website enquiries into another tool, then chases the follow-up.

A possible solution: Connect the form to the existing workflow, create the right record and make the next action visible.

Talk about an integration

Illustrative workflow / Custom build

Put the work in one shared place

The situation: Clients and the team search email threads for the latest files, requests and updates.

A possible solution: Build a focused client area with the information, access and actions each person needs.

Retail / Development work

Practical software for the work around a shop

The booking work covered appointment views, availability, changes and scheduling controls. The separate point-of-sale build covered product search, a cart, stock checks and receipts through WooCommerce.

  • ✓ Booking views and appointment changes
  • ✓ Product selection, cart and receipt flow

Editorial / Working prototype

Keep the reasoning with the revision

A local editorial review tool that preserves original and revised texts, attaches findings to source revisions and records manual decisions. A later change can flag earlier conclusions for review without discarding their history.

  • ✓ Originals and revisions kept separate
  • ✓ Findings tied to their evidence
  • ✓ Manual decisions and portable exports

Working local prototype. It does not automatically rewrite, approve or publish content. No client material is included in this example.

Operations / Internal tool

Make the next step easier to find

An internal project directory brings together a small focus list, pending decisions and links to the evidence behind each recorded milestone. Filters make a growing portfolio easier to navigate.

  • ✓ A small, deliberate focus list
  • ✓ Pending inputs made visible
  • ✓ Searchable projects with evidence links

Internal prototype built around a recorded snapshot. It is not live monitoring or automatic project synchronisation. Names and project data remain private.

03 / A clear way to begin

From first conversation to handover

  1. Bring the situation

Tell us what is failing, taking too long or missing. A technical brief is optional.

  2. Agree the next step

We clarify the scope, responsibilities and cost before the work begins.

  3. Build, check, hand over

You know what changed, how it was checked and how it will be maintained.

Before we begin

Before we start work

Useful things to know before choosing a plan or starting a project.

Can you take over an existing website?

Yes, subject to a review. We first look at the website, access, hosting and known issues. Any work needed before accepting ongoing care is scoped separately. For Care Active, the published existing-site take-over fee is €199 + VAT.

Do I need a plan, a repair or a custom project?

Care plans cover an agreed maintenance rhythm and defined assistance. A specific fault, new feature, integration or redesign may need a separate scope. Tell us what is happening and we can help identify the right starting point.

What happens after I get in touch?

We review your outline, clarify what you need and explain the next sensible step. That may be a first website check, a care-plan review or discovery for a custom project. Any paid work is agreed before it starts.

Is ongoing support included?

Care plans include the response targets and assistance defined for that plan. Support after a custom build is agreed as part of the proposal. Hosting, licences and new development are separate unless the written scope includes them.
